Ingredients

PVP, Glycerin, & Hydroxypropyl Cellulose (the safest ingredients to make prism stick to your teeth)

Hydrogen Peroxide (6% concentration, gently whitens your teeth)

How To Use

  1. Dry your teeth.
    For best adhesion, start with a clean, dry surface. Gently blot your teeth with a tissue if needed.
  2. Apply the strips.
    Place the longer strip on your upper teeth and the shorter one on your lower teeth. Press gently to secure and smooth out any bubbles.
  3. Wear for 30-60 minutes.
    Relax and let the formula work. Avoid eating, drinking, or smoking during use.
  4. Remove and rinse.
    Peel off both strips and rinse away any remaining gel. Brush gently if desired.
  5. Repeat daily.
    Use once a day for 7 consecutive days for optimal results.

I've been using other whitening strips and they always make my teeth painfully sensitive.
